A MAN. A PLANE. A DIP.

Gramps, aka Robert Stanley Carpenter, was a P-38 Lightning pilot during World War II. On a mission over Central Europe, he was shot down, captured by the Germans and spent the remainder of the war in a P.O.W. camp. It only hardened his resolve. After returning to the States, he married his sweetheart, raised 8 children and began making a chip dip as strong-willed as he was. All who try it say it’s like lightning striking their taste buds, but you can be the judge of that. Over his 96 years on this earth, Gramps lived every day to the fullest, faithfully serving his family, his country and those in need by supporting charitable organizations his entire life. Gramps’ Lightning Dip is made to honor that legacy and keep his spirit alive through every batch carefully crafted with the same love and dedication he instilled in his family. Enjoy!
